The buyer has the right to return a vehicle for auction inspection if the vehicle is found to have any of the following defects that were not announced:
- Flood car
- Police car
- Fire car
- Frame damage (repaired or not)
- Excessive rust
- Reconstructed vehicle
- Salvage (Not Announced)
- Odometer Not Working
